My husband and I took two cooking classes here and both were amazing. We visited a fish market, made macaroni, watched Angelo make a huge array of different dishes and made our own pizzas…all the while being plied with freshly baked bread rolls with olive oil, freshly picked figs and of course Sicilian wine! Lunch was then served, more food than we could possibly eat, but all of it absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for cookery classes or just a meal!

We booked onto a cooking class with Stefano at this restaurant and had a great morning! We cooked macaroni, stuffed sardines, swordfish rolls, aubergine, fish in salt, pizzas…. We then ate and drank a lot!!!! Never been quite so full! Stefano was a really nice teacher, so hospitable and even invited us in for a drink in the evening. More eating than learning but great fun!
